The comorbidity rate of PTSD and mTBI in American and British soldiers is 23% and 33%36%, respectively. At present, there is no early diagnosis methods, specific treatment methods or drugs, which seriously affects the combat effectiveness of the army. The authors summarize the clinical and basic researches in recent years from incidence, comorbidity, clinical manifestations, diagnostic and treatment methods in an attempt to offer a reference for the treatment of PTSD and mTBI in soldiers.
