Abstract：Trauma is a major health problem in the world. In domestic cities, the closedloop urban regional trauma care system with large general hospitals as the core is constantly advancing. However, as the most basic countylevel administrative region, the right model of a trauma care system is still unclear. In this paper, the authors introduce a Yuyao trauma care model, including the organizational structure of the threelevel trauma treatment network, trauma information system, treatment unit, trauma care team, treatment process and standardized training, trauma care quality management, trauma society firstaid capabilities and prehospital firstaid network, so as to provide a reference for construction of the countylevel regional trauma care system in China.
